As a passionate restaurateur and cable car operator, Wolfgang has decades of experience and has shaped the development of the Gemmi for over 30 years.
As the person responsible for operational management, Wolfgang focuses on sustainable tourism rather than mass tourism, making the Gemmi an authentic nature experience. Through targeted investments and a clear strategy, he has developed the Gemmi into a year-round destination. Under his leadership, the Gemmi Lodge 2350 has become a distinctive gathering place for mountain lovers.

Roger has many years of leadership experience in the experience, event, and hospitality industries—most recently as CEO and Director of the Kongresshaus Zürich.
Responsible for strategic development, Roger leads the company with vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep connection to nature and the region. As Chairman of the Board of Directors, he is committed to harmonizing tradition and innovation. He is dedicated to protecting nature and ensuring long-term quality and economic stability for the benefit of employees and guests.

Gemmi Holding AG, headquartered in Leukerbad, serves as the strategic umbrella for the company. Day-to-day operations are managed by its subsidiary, Luftseilbahn Leukerbad-Gemmipass AG. Together, they are developing the Gemmi as a year-round destination in the Swiss Alps—with a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.
