At Lämmerensee
Alpine Fishing

Fishing in the stunning Pfyn-Finges Nature Park on Lake Lämmerensee is a truly special experience. With a little skill, you can catch trout here.

Lämmerensee

Lake Lämmerensee lies at the foot of the imposing Wildstrubel massif. The clear waters of this small, 6.7-hectare lake and its location in the open, expansive high-mountain landscape make fishing here a special experience in nature.

The lake can be reached on foot from the Gemmi in about an hour. The trail leads from the Gemmi through the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park. The lake is also accessible via Sunnbüel near Kandersteg. Ibex can often be spotted in the surrounding area.

Fishing at Lämmerensee

Fishing at Lake Lämmerensee is a highlight for every angler. Young trout are stocked here every year. The season typically runs from June to October, depending on snow conditions and the weather.

Fishing is permitted with a fishing license. Casual anglers can purchase one-day or two-day licenses. They can be purchased here online or at the Gemmibahn valley station.
