It’s easy to combine alpine tranquility with the vibrancy of the valley.
Unique location
The Gemmi is easy to reach. From Leukerbad, the Gemmi Cable Car takes you up to the plateau in just a few minutes. The Gemmi is also easily accessible from the Bernese side; via Kandersteg and Sunnbüel, the trail leads through open terrain to the pass summit—in both summer and winter. The plateau lies quietly high up in the mountains, yet the attractions of Leukerbad are just a short cable car ride away. Ideal conditions for a day trip or a family vacation.
